Chapters

The Texas Chapters serve as committees under the direction of the TxAPT board. The chapters help TxAPT to fulfill theirs and APT’s mission statement, which is to promote the value of play, play therapy, and credentialed play therapists who are located in Texas. Each chapter hosts networking events as well as trainings throughout the year. The chapters are made up of the contiguous geographical counties. They are the home chapters for any member living in that geographical area. All members that are part of APT are automatically part of TxAPT and, therefore, part of any chapter in the state of Texas. All members will receive member pricing at any chapter event or training regardless of residential county.
